These Terms of Use govern your use of the service MovieBox. By using, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not use the MovieBox service.

MovieBox, reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Use in our sole and absolute discretion. We will begin billing your credit card for monthly subscription fees corresponding to your subscription plan plus any applicable tax at the end of your 1 ST period unless you cancel prior to the end of this period.  Your MovieBox subscription will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis. We will bill the monthly subscription fee plus any applicable tax to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration.

You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's subscription fees to your Payment Method, by calling us at 1-877-268-5580 WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS OR UNWATCHED MOVIES.

With MovieBox you can rent as many DVDs as you want. There are no late fees and no due dates. 2 at a time (Unlimited), you can rent as many DVDs as you want for just $5.99 a month plus any applicable tax. This is an internet promotion only and is ongoing until October 31. You keep a revolving library of up to 2 DVDs at a time and can exchange them for new available DVDs as often as you like. There are no additional charges.
